“Emma is an excellent teacher. She is warm and calm, and gives clear instructions, guiding and reminding the class throughout. I usually get bored of classes about half way through and want them to be over - but Emma's class is the opposite - it feels like you've only been working for 20 minutes and an hour has passed! It's a whole body workout and I feel calm and focused by the end. Like most people I never do enough stretching so this class is perfect for me. I can't recommend it more highly.
