Explore my range of pilates classes designed for all levels, from beginners to advanced practitioners. From athletic conditioning and injury rehabilitation to specialised care for pregnancy and women’s health, my classes are designed to meet you exactly where you are today.

Each of my classes end with a short mindfulness meditation.

I offer tailored 1-to-1 Pilates sessions designed to fit your lifestyle. Whether you prefer the comfort and privacy of your own home or the flexibility of joining online, we will work together to meet your movement goals.

Corporate Pilates

Elevate Workplace Wellness

Bring movement and mindfulness to your team. I offer tailored corporate Pilates sessions available as regular weekly classes or as engaging, one-off team workshops—designed to reduce stress and boost energy.

Pilates Mixed Levels

Tuesdays at St. Mark's Church, Portobello: 09:30 - 10:20

This class is for anyone who would like to try Pilates or would like to deepen their practice. In this class I will offer guidance and modify exercises so you can level up or down depending on your own body. We work on balance, strength and flexibility and as with all my classes, it ends with a short mindfulness meditation.

Mum & Baby Post-Natal Pilates Course

Wednesdays at St. James Church, Leith: 14:00 - 15:30

This lovely class is for postpartum mums to bring their babies and at the same time investing time in themselves. As a trained pregnancy, post-natal and pelvic health Pilates instructor I work with you to help regain strength, body confidence and awareness.

Pilates for Bone Health

Thursdays at Shoreline Studio, Bath Street, Portobello: 17:00 - 17:50

Using small weights and resistance band exercises, this is designed to improve bone density and build muscle strength without bulk. This low impact class is suitable for all levels promoting strength, balance, posture and over-all long-term wellbeing.

Pilates for Intermediate

Thursdays at Shoreline Studio, Bath Street, Portobello: 18:15 - 19:15

 An intermediate class inspired by Joseph Pilates classical method. With a focus on precision, control and quality of movement. Expect a challenging practise that encourages focus, delivered at a steady and supportive pace.

Pilates for Runners, Cyclists & Fitness Enthusiasts

Thursdays at Shoreline Studio, Bath Street, Portobello: 19:30 - 20:30

This dynamic class combines strength, control and functional movement to help you move better, recover faster and avoid injury. It’s aimed at runners, cyclists, those who want to boost performance, mobility, endurance and generally look after their bodies and keep strong. We use small equipment, weights and resistance to build muscle and bone strength without adding bulk. It’s a fun energetic and varied class. Be ready to break a sweat!
