About
My work has become such an important part of my life. I’ve been practising Pilates for over 15 years and have 10 years of teaching experience. I bring a deep understanding of movement, rehabilitation and wellbeing to every class I teach.

My own Pilates journey began following back surgery, when I experienced first hand, the transformative benefits Pilates can have on strength, recovery and confidence in the body. Since then I have dedicated my career to helping others move well and feel stronger.
I have a keen interest in women’s health & Pilates for performance and rehabilitation. Being a woman over 50 myself and someone who is very active I have a vested interest in both these areas. This inspires my classes and my teaching style to focus on functional movement, mobility, strength and balance.
It doesn’t matter what your starting point is, my classes are designed to leave you feeling stronger, calmer and more connected to yourself.
Mindfulness
I’m also a qualified mindfulness teacher with the mindfulness association and I weave mindfulness techniques into my sessions to help connect body and mind, reduce stress and move with greater awareness.
