Meet Emma
Pilates for Performance & Rehabilitation

Hi, I’m Emma and I’d like to introduce myself. I’m a mum of two young adults, married for 21 years and my family and I are lucky enough to live on the coast just outside Edinburgh in the beautiful town of Portobello. When I’m not working, you will often find me walking my dog on the beach, sea swimming, off road cycling or running. To relax, I love nothing more than a glass of Rose in my favourite wine bar with my husband and friends or watching a Netflix series with a cup of tea!
It doesn’t matter what your starting point is, my classes are designed to leave you feeling stronger, calmer and more connected to yourself.

Moving after an injury, surgery, or chronic pain can feel daunting, but you don't have to navigate it alone. By focusing on low-impact, precise movements, my classes work to restore alignment, alleviate discomfort, and rebuild your physical confidence from the inside out.
Pilates for Pregnancy & Post-Natal
My classes helpsyou maintain your strength and stamina during pregnancy, while ensuring a safe, progressive return to exercise after your baby arrives. I focus on maintaining pelvic floor integrity, easing pregnancy aches like lower back pain, and safely rebuilding your deep core post-birth.
